About the artist

I am a Cardiff based artist, painting in oils or acrylics on canvas.  I facilitate art workshops and encourage alternative use of materials and developing positive outlooks.  

I am a Reiki practitioner and incorporate that into my workshops and infuse my paintings with Reiki energy.   I paint intuitively and use colours, textures, layering, and manipulation of images to mutually build up and strip away thoughts connected to my work.
